Importing Rosters

Is there a way to import the rosters from a Franchise into a saved file.. like the 008 save folder or something like that? This is so i can start a new franchise with rosters from a different franchise that is in the 3rd season

1. Save a roster to a new slot. Exit the game.
2. Copy the players.dbf file from your saved franchise to the roster's save slot
3. Enter the game, re-load the roster.

You should now be able to start a new Franchise using the rosters from the previous Franchise.
