Washington and Utah are open to complete the non modem league

Just to update this, washington has been taken. Utah is the only team left available in this non modem league. So anybody that is ready to rebuild a franchise, here's the place for you. The link is above and i will add the email address of the commissioner because i dont know if its on the site anymore.

another update, all teams are now taken. But anyone still interested should get on the waiting list by emailing the commissioner. I am sure that good teams will open up within the next day because an activation email was sent out to find which owners replied. Any owners that didnt, their teams will become open.
