Hello I have a question are the Roster update for PC & PS2? And if not
where there is a link for PS2 Roster? Please help me, thank
you...

There are PC roster updates on the main page, you can click here http://dynamic2.gamespy.com/~nbalive/download/pafiledb.php?action=category&id=35. You have to scour the boards to find a sharkport link.
