Help Making Jerseys

Can someone help me make jerseys i want to make some jerseys but i dont know wich program to use I have Adobe Photoshop 7 Also i dont kow how to edit the jersey(Put Logos etc. on jersey and change jersey color).

How Would you make a jersey with stripes that are 2 different colors and how do you make NBA Type jerseys
