First what is a patch? Are they like expansions to the game???

And how do u do them.

What can u do with them. Eg. Create players, courts, teams, rosters

First what is a patch? Are they like expansions to the game???

A patch is an add-on that everyday people make for the game to make it more enjoyable. i.e. graphic patches (cyberfaces, jerseys, courts, shoes) roster patches etc.

And how do u do them.

Well, that's quite a question, you'll need a tutorial to answer that.

What does tweaked and untweaked mean?

Tweaked is a kind of roster that is made only to make gameplay more realistic and give you realistic stats (i.e. putting jump lower, less blocks, less steals, lower FG%, slower running) Personally, i think tweaks are stupid and i'd prefer to use normal (untweaked) rosters, But a lot of people think tweaks are so much fun.

How do u install them

Patches? well, you read the readme.txt that should be included. That will tell you what to do.
