(constructive criticism) the face isn't straight... the hairline isn't straight...but I still see the potential in it...keep trying it will come :wink:

i suggest a new headshape and better positioning, the nose and the mouth both are too wide. :wink:

i think the headshape is perfect

so just try move the nose, and make the mouth smaller... then it will be nice :wink:

narrow up the eyes... the headshape might be ok if you can narrow the eyes and lips like others suggested.
its definitely got potential though!
