anyone know how to make an ai dnt make the hard reach steal?? coz this is the one which broke there defense. i jst want ai make the standing stealing style.. help me on these issue.

If you mean changing it so the CPU makes less interceptions and more deflections that lead to steals, there's no rating you can tweak to accomplish that.

no.. i mean when they steal in front of you they wont make the swipe steal just the standing effective steals. i think this is hard right.

There's no rating you can tweak to accomplish that. Lowering every player's Stealing rating would not give you the desired results.
