Is it possible to set a injury date in the roster, without playing in season or franchise mode? I hope you know what I mean. For example when I start a season with the Mavs I want Grant Hill injured the whole 2003/4 season.

You can't program an injury to happen, but you can edit a player during a season so the game recognises him as injured for a certain period of time. So you'd have to edit him at the beginning of the 2003/2004 season.
