Can someone help me???

I install this game but an error keeps occuring. It says "GT/Divers/Ati/Gagel/w8240en.exe Bad CRC e3affa7e (should be 53cb0d66)"
Does someone know how to fix this?

Have you tried:

• Installing new video card drivers?
• Disabling anti-virus and other resident programs?
• Re-installing the game?

I suggest consulting EA's tech support site, but perhaps someone else on these forums can provide more insight into the problem.
