Creating fsh files

Can somebody please tell me what program do I need to have to convert bmp files to one fsh file? And if that program is FSHED how to convert? Please help.

The program you are searching for is called EA Graph (EA Graphics editor) and you can find it at the NLSC center . But I don't recommend creating .fsh files, I recommend to extract .fsh files from .viv files and then import the bitmap in the .fsh file, and then, if it's needed, import the .fsh back in the .viv!
