HELP! I can't play a playoff game?

I checked my Xplayer folder and checked ALL the players, and then I thought it was the courts, but I took the Xcourt folder out and it still crashes. It only happens in the playoffs, regular season games are good. I thought it might of been the playofflogo.fsh, but it's not. It just crashes after loading all the way, then it just crashes to my desktop. Anyone have any suggestions on why it's doing this?

C'mon fellas, Ok--this crash ONLY happens in playoff games and it's not one specific court, it's ALL of them. I know it's not the "xplayer" or the "xcourts" or any of the other folders because I can play regular exhibition games. Plus I checked each player's file twice.

I've re-installed the game but didn't delete anything.

Any help or advice would be great!

it worked the day proir in playoff mode too, I didn't install anything new excect a Chauncy Billups face (i checked that too).

The damn thing loads all the way and then right when you think it's about to go to the game, it boots me back to my desktop.

yeah there is a certain amount of kb allowable for each team or each game.

so it's possible that I may have too many patches? What are the numbers allowable for each team or game?

if this is the case, why is it letting me play exhibition games and the problem seems to be only in the playoffs?

I can't really remember. But i think there's a topic about this in the patching issues.
