Help!

I'm new, so I'd appreciate if you guys could help me. I downloaded, the Michael Jordan patch that makes him look like he did in the 80's (Tony's). I followed everything in the readme to a "T" and it still doesn't work. Both Jordan's in the game look like the old Jordan (BTW, he's also patched). Can anybody help?!? Thanks in advance!
