- NEW: Historic 2008-09 season (users are expected to manually fix the starting fives as usual)
- NEW: CorrectionANNOUNCER[2003] Basic.bkr (just an idea, untested)
- NEW: ExampleP.MINUTESKILLRATINGS[2003] 1977-08.bkr (rough new formulations for skill ratings based on per minute values, the only thing that therefore remains per game is fatigue)
- NEW: ExampleRANGEADJUSTMENTS[2003].bkr (an example of my range replace routines in practice)
- NEW: QuickRECALC[2003] ABA 1967-73.bkr (this essentially does nothing except reintroduce the formulas used for the ratings in the PLAYERS.csv file so that you can get an idea how to customize them)
- NEW: QuickRECALC[2003] BAA 1946-49 NBA 1949-50.bkr
- NEW: QuickRECALC[2003] NBA 1950-51.bkr
- NEW: QuickRECALC[2003] NBA 1951-73.bkr
- NEW: QuickRECALC[2003] NBA 1973-77.bkr
- NEW: QuickRECALC[2003] NBA 1977-79.bkr
- NEW: QuickRECALC[2003] NBA 1979-08 ABA 1973-76.bkr
- FIX: NBA Live 06 conversion (inserted ID#'s now range 10,000-32,767 not 65,535, which caused invisible players in game in the substitution and stats options, some stroke of luck prevented me from seeing this before and it remains untested whether the new range works 100%)
- FIX: NBA Live 06 conversion (removed extraneous fields from original .dbf referenced file (600 or so search/replace routines) that caused inconsistencies in the .dbf's, probably not actually experienced but done anyway)
- FIX: Several example seasons for 06, as well as a small Larry Johnson name fix and a bunch of mistitles in the various files. And inserted in the 2008-09 team stuff in the calibration spreadsheet.
- EDIT: The NOTES.txt file has been updated.
ADDITIONAL:
- NEW: CorrectionBALABILITYDRIBBLINGSWITCH[ALL].bkr (shows my inexperience with the NBA Live series, I only now figured out balability was what I thought dribbling was. This .bkr file simply alternates the two ratings.
- FIX: Most of the conversion stuff needed fixing due to some problem I found in the above file.
I've since had BK Replace 'Em screwing up with handling of my .bkr files. What it was doing was taking my .bkr files, then upon exit it deposited that full .bkr file into the programs main directory as groups.bkg. Upon reload, the second time the procedure was applied it'd go unresponsive and reload the wrong .bkr files (that stored as groups.bkg). Normally, groups .bkg I think just stores the location for the target files. For many months now, I've had the save groups on exit deselected. It was still deselected when these problems arose, which doesn't make much sense to me, but what it means is that none of you would have ever had it working without the relevant options selected and possibly the .bkg file removed. It's working now for me, and I added a few brief notes into NOTE.txt about the problem. If I figure out why it's doing what it is and a solution or workaround, I'll update. As long as the two options are ticked in the menus and the .bkg file removed, it shouldn't be a problem.
