Here is the patch for the 2003/2004 Cleveland Cavaliers that people wanted. This patch comes with the new textures, correct colors, and custom numbers (very close to the real numbers that they have). Enjoy.

Didn't you just edit the majority of Tony's jersey, changed the colours, and added your textures? The least you could've done is give him some credit, since it's obvious who did the majority of work in that patch of yours...
