Can't sign free agents

I'm now in the 2004-2005 season and I can't sign Martin, Garnett and Iverson on my Sixers Franchise! It says refuses to sign but I have 700,000 cap room or points... I won the title 2002-2003 and 2nd round loss of atlanta in 2003-2004 and Iverson is the MVP 2003-2004. Why I are they refusing?????

Just as in real life, players sometimes just aren't interested in signing with a certain team, or re-signing with their current team.
