Adding new cyberphases to coaches?

I have this idea that I want to have Magic Johnson coach the Lakers.
I have entered his name and his features, so it all looks good on that front, but I don't know how to add a new cyberphase.
Simply puttin in faceid as EAJOHNS didn't cut it. Neither did it when I tried to be adventrurous and make a xcoach folder in the render folder and placed his cyberface there.
Does anyone know how I can do this?

it wouldn't be xcoach it would be xcheads.
