Can someone be nice enough to upload a file?

I am using NBA Live 2003 and my CD is really scratched and some files are unreadable.

The program is running fine but the commentating is plain awful and the score announcement is not always consistent.

I am suspecting the XARNDAT.FCD file to be the problem as I don't have that file and my friend does.

Can anyone please upload the file and send me the link and also any comments that may lead to the problem that I am facing.

Sorry, distributing those files is against the Forum rules. I'd suggest investing in a CD repair kit if your disc is damaged or if it is beyond repair and you're keen enough, you can probably find a copy of NBA Live 2003 available fairly cheaply on eBay or Amazon.
