Out of Bounds

I just noticed something when playing a game. I can step out of bounds and it doesnt stop the game. The game keeps playing and the shot clock continues to run

I dont know if I tweaked any of the settings. If I did, I cant rmember which one. Does anybody else have this problem?

hmm, no out-of-bounds means arcade mode, switch to either simulation or change the out of bounds to on
