I have an ADSL-512 connection, but I am from Australia. Still, I'd like to narrow the problem down a bit. Does anyone know how the game works online?
My guess is that the pings in the lobby, are from the client to EA sports server. Where is the EA Sports server? Does anyone have it's ip?
Secondly, I'm also guessing that once the connection has been establish the game moves to a complete direct connection between the two clients, thus making the pings irrelivant.
Can anyone confirm this? Or at atleast know whats going on?
Oh, btw, I'm running my ADSL connection of a router, are there any ports I should open to help speed the game up? Thanks for any information, and if any Aussies wanna have a game EVER!@? Just hit my email (satan2k@yahoo.com) or icq me(21540721).
