Sorry to disappoint you, but that code is 100% fake. If there was a dunk contest in NBA Live, it would be as accessible as the other game modes. Unfortunately cheats like this are circulated every year, wasting people's time as they try in vain to get them to work.

It seems some people have nothing better to do than submit fake cheats to gaming websites. That's what you've been the victim of.
