Which is the file who has slot 000?

I was trying to update Nba Live 2003, and make some changes. Then I save the roster in slot 000, and realise that I don't have the "Saves" and "000" folders in main directory of the game.
So, if I want to share the update, and upload to a web page, which file I must upload? Please say me, to try and try, and then share the patch with all of you.
Any kind of help will be aprecciate.

The saves directory can be found in the "C:\My Documents\NBA Live 2003" directory...
