One of his best updates in my eyes, I love them... look just totaly like those two players... Inspired by some help fromm me & myself

Tony, at nbalive.org, wrote:well, i said already these two were in the works for ages now, just managed to finish them both recently... the reason i gave both of them darker skintones is, well, because they have darker skintones, they're definately not as light as, say, shawn marion, which they were by default in the game. anyway, both penny and starbury get new faces, skintones, gear sets (phoenix has reversed the shoe/socks for home/away games - on away games they have white shoes/socks, on home black), fixed tattoos (marbury was missing some arm tattoo designs, penny was missing his leg tattoo), they get custom elbow bands (for which you don't need to do any .dbf editing to appear in the game correctly), their current shoes, and outdoor gears.Completely updates Starbury:
- a new more realistic face
- fixed skintone
- complete gear update (band, socks and shoe colors)

There was apparently some error in the fsh, even though the blar (tattoo) file was included in the anharda_acc.fsh, I rebuilt the file, and it is all working properly now
