How to make the player to wear short trousers in the game

How to make the player to wear short trousers in the game?Just like
John Stockton in the game is wearing short trousers
Can anyone help me? :lol: :lol: :lol:

Check out Andrew's players.dbf editing guide. It mentions, under body shape, "small with short shorts) or something like that, I think.

Please search the forum before asking such questions .

Set his bodytype to 7 or 8 with a DBF Editor.

i tried changing the body types of the 80's team to 8 to get the short shorts but they still wear long shorts but there's a graphics glitch ... it looks like their bottom of their short shorts was extended ... when i looked at my players.dbf ... there are some players with a body type of 8 and they looked fine in game ... i was wondering if any of you experienced this same problem when you changed a player's body type to 8 .... btw i just used 7 on the 80's team to get the short shorts but now i think they're all skinny ....

Though the bodyshape is correct, it seems as though the change cannot be implemented through editing the DBF, but rather through editing the shorts. Strange, because the same Utah Jazz jersey art files are used for all players, yet Stockton is the only one with short shorts.
