How to "tweak" the rating???

I played the 12min length quarter, it's like hell to me, The CPU scored 168pts, I scored 167, damn!! I heard the "tweak" stuff would reduce the scoring, but how????

you can use a programm like the DBFviewer PRO or get the settings from me, i have changed them and it looks better than before.
