Help: Freestyle/Special moves

is there any way to use this freestyle moves with a keyboard, and avoid me to do only random crossovers/spins? i wanna do some cool moves the AI does on superstar level (like a hesitation to get me going backwards and then shotting wide open)...another one: how do i raise my arms to make them miss FG's? is there besides that another way to make them miss? i get like 6 blocks that go out of bounds from each of my players...even my PG...not cool heh
