Gday guys,
Its been a while.....

Anyway the patch is FINISHED UPLOADED .
Only the numbers patch isn't hehe (theres always a catch)
oh wells..

Since the numbers patch isn't finished and uploaded,
for those who don't know how to extract the numbers.fsh from xteam.viv
just click on the customart off batch file =p

The patch comes in 4 parts about 2mb's each
Gives the teams new textures, glossy for those who have those, mesh for those who have those, no mesh for those who don't have those.
All come with shoes , replaced all logos, corrected the colours..

Looks great, but the short textures look a bit weird... it's hard to imagine they'd fold up that way around the crotch... just my observation...

Otherwise, magnificent...

G'day guys,

I've been working on a mega jersey patch that will give every NBA team authentic jerseys with brand new textures + custom shoes.
and mesh holes for teams that have them.

Anyway,
I need help from people, to suggest wat shoes i should give to each team.
and it would help if some1 (alex?! :wink:

) could tell me which teams have meshholes, so this patch could be as accurate as possible

Are you going to make the Pacers away jersey darker than your previous version? Could you send me a preview? I plan to make a complete band and headband update and it would be nice if I could make them fit your jersey updates.

are you going to include shoes in the fsh file? i think as long as the shoe colors match the uniform colors anything goes, but thats a matter of taste.

i'm anxious to see this. from the work i've seen you do, i'm sure the quality will at least match the ambition it takes to even think about doing this patch.

Cavaliers: Holes (but please very small ones, actually they're not visible from far away)
Mavericks: No holes
Nuggets: Holes (same like cavs)
Pistons: No holes
Warriors: No holes + glossy jersey look
Rockets: holes
Pacers: holes
Clippers: holes
Lakers: No holes
Grizzlies: Black part no holes, the green part holes
Heat: no holes
Bucks: holes
Nets: holes (for home and away, that stripe hole structure, for serd, just holes...)
Hornets: No holes + glossy jersey look
Knicks: holes (like cavs and Nuggets)
Magic: No holes
Sixers: no holes (u already made a perfect one, just give home and serd the same pefect egde like for away)
Suns: No holes
Blazers: holes (cavs, nuggets... :wink:

)
Kings: no holes + glossy
Spurs: no holes
Sonics: no holes + glossy
Raptors: no holes
Jazz: holes
Wizards: holes

Jowe, this is a great idea! I think updating the shoes would be great, as it is a huge pain in the ass to copy & everything to the players directory... As I don't understand much about shoes (I'm a tattoo-oriented guy), I don't think I could be of much help... But I still hope this patch comes to life. :wink:

sounds exelent jowe. as for the shoes, most guys in the league were the nike air max chosen's about 50%. so uou could go with those (i can hook you up)

i think u might wanna wait for Cleveland's final home game (april 24) when they face the raptors. they will be playing in their new uniforms then.

Nah, let him release the jersey pack, I've been waiting for something like this to come out all year :wink:

None of us won't really care too much for the Cavs until they get King James.. and besides, he can just release the new Cavs uniform later on

No they won't, the uniforms aren't until next year. They're just announcing the new logo and giving out free shirts with the new logo on it.

The official Cavs page says:

CLEVELAND, Feb. 28 -- The Cleveland Cavaliers will unveil the team’s new logo and uniforms – featuring a “new expression of wine and gold” – on Wednesday, April 16. The new home and road uniforms will be worn beginning next season while the new logo will start being implemented following the unveiling.
The process will begin with a mid-day press conference to reveal the new designs to the media. Details of the press conference will be forthcoming. When the Cavaliers host the Toronto Raptors that evening, each fan in attendance will receive a free souvenir t-shirt with the new Cavaliers logo and colors, the first piece of merchandise bearing the new insignia.

Additionally, the game presentation that night will be highlighted by great moments in team history, visits from legendary Cavaliers players, and a spectacular halftime show that will serve as the official logo, uniform and court design unveiling ceremony. More details will be available in the coming weeks.

Ordinarily, a team identity package – featuring logos, uniforms, colors and other designs – is not launched until June. However, the Cavaliers have received permission to introduce its new marks before the end of the current season.

But ESPN says:

It was a tough week for the Cavaliers last week. They lost by 26 to Memphis, their theme movie, "Cradle 2 the Grave" fell to sixth in the box office standings and Stanley Roberts turned them down to play for the clownish Globetrotters. Only five weeks until the Cavs' final home game when they will unveil new uniforms and logos for next season. Everyone in attendance will get a free T-shirt. What are they going to do with the extra 19,565 seats in the 20,565-seat Gund Arena?

Nice idea... but just the retro jerseys which were woren this season by those teams:
Denver, NJ, Milwaukee, Philly, Phoenix, Sacramento.
If another team shoes up with their retro one at the ending of the season it is also worth to make... but just, in my eyes, the ones which were already woren...
