The Eyes of the Players

I have a question, in NBA Live 2003 the players have the eyes something rares, they arent = than the photos I see, There is some patch to change that bug?

No, you can't take away the eyes...

its not a bug, it's the way EA made it, they did it so they can look around and stuff.
