Hello!I want to know if is it possible to do that a player wear his own practice gear playing a normal match. How can I do it???

yes it is posible
just place the jerseys fsh file in to the xplayers folder "render/xplayer/dinowit" for example then just name them
home.fsh (home jersey)
away.fsh (away jersey)
