f u know how to enable ur console then try dis.....type dis to console "varlist" and dis "cmdlist"

open "cscripts" folder n "main" folder usually n progra~1\ea sport\nba2003, or where u installed ur nba. and open the xstarup.cfg, by using notepad type this n the end of file, bind K_TILDE CONSOLE
and save the file.

and n d frontmenu / n game, press the tilde key (a key before " 1 key")

bak xsstartup.cfg file up ok b4 u edit it, just in case.
