What is the normal salary cap in the game 43 mil or 1 mil, i have 1 mil and I wanna change it, because in Live 2000 it would switch between 1 mil and 43 mil.

The normal/default cap is 1 million "points". The salary cap/individual salaries can be changed using the current roster update, which is the situation you were referring to.

I believe Zaxis' roster has realistic salaries.
