Tutorial

I've done searches all over the net and have yet to find a tutorial on how to create shoes for Live 2003. I've found, read, and conquered the jersey tutorial created by Jowe but now I've got the bug to make shoes also. If someone could point me in the right direction I could hopefully start making some patches and releasing them to help out. Thanks in advance.
