CUSTOM DORNA FILES NBA2003

I would like to make dorna different files for each team but I don´t know the steps and the files to changed.

Up to date I have modified the dorna file in xcommon.viv with my custom barnners but the problem is that when I play the game in season or playoffs mode the barnners always are the sames.(my custom banners).

I read the tutorials of Thuan Vuu and Bchogan but i don´t know as to make different banners for each team.

What is the different between "Add files an external TAR" and "Create a new SHPI image" (into EAGRAPHICS Editor).
