Team Rankings Help

Hey guys,

Does anyone know how the computer generates the overall ranking for teams that you see when selecting controller options before starting a game? If you do or don't, does anyone know how to change them?? I tried using the DB Editor, but that doesn't do it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
