What do you do with .fsh file??

hey ppl...
i downloaded Dr. Funk's kobe patch.. and it has 4 .fsh filez...
i can't do anythin with it.....
i did make a new folder in render.... xplayer/kobryan...
and i did customart 1 but it just makes the game black and freeze...
how do you make this work without doing customart and use eage??
