ervin johnson hit 8 three on me!

i was player with philly the second game of the season and against the buck ervin johnson score 8 threes on me have anyone else had problems of scubs doing such things .

I was playing the Mavericks, and Shawn Bradley hit 10/10 from the arc. I was like WTF. Then i was playing the Cavs, and they Center couldn't miss from the arc. Something is definitely wrong withe the ratings.

Hehe, wow, that's fucked up.

Utah was down against me and Karl Malone hit two turn-around threes from the baseline. Wasn't enough though.

Its not the ratings its the fricken game....Live has so many bugs that go beyond ratings

Well, the cavs centre is actually a good 3pt shooter....but nothing can explain why Bradley was hittin' 3s.

lol...i bet y'all played on superstar when this happens.Nba live is known for cheating during the fourth quarter on superstar mode...haha

Yeah they cheat with cpu assist right? When i played with cpu assist on live2000 first of all i would miss EASY layups and dunks all the time during the fourth quarter or whenever the hell it wanted me to miss. On top of that they would shoot 3's like layups trying to play catch up. Very annoying, wish they would have SMARTER AI rather than GOD LIKE shooting AI and scrub ass playing from my stars.

Uhm, that's the whole point of CPU assistance. Keeping the game close. Turn it off if you don't like it.

well some stuff like that happened to me too I was with la and in the 4th quarter trailing 14 and was giving up so I shot some 3pts with shaq and I had 3/3 WTF... realy wierd... I ended up winning that game

If you are playing with an edited players.dbf file, someone earlier found this problem twhen they changed the ratings of some players...if they go below the minimum, the EA programming assumes you meant to give them perfect rating...hence if you meant to give a decrease globally of say 20 points, and that took Shawn Bradley down below the minimum...the computer could be reading that as Shawn Bradley being the perfect 3 point shooter...

Just something I read on here earlier in the week.
