No Audio/Sound Commentary During Games, Corrupt File?

Hi, I'm having a problem with my NBA Live 2k3 CD. I can only install it with the least amount of files (like 1?? MB). If I do anything else it gets to like 64%, then gets stuck on XSPCHDAT.FCD in the speech folder. I don't know if it's a corrupt CD or what. I made a copy of the CD, adding the XSPCHDAT.FCD file from NBA Live 2004. That allowed me to fully install the game, but now I can't get ANY commentary during games. What could be my problem?

The commentary doesn't work for me either. Maybe it has something to do with installing it on XP

But I have Windows ME! And the file won't even copy on Windows XP either. Maybe it's a bad CD?
