Is a patch that i'm looking for exist?

I was wondering if anyone has or knows where their is a patch for franchise mode and that has salaries... i know that one exist that has salaries but it is also tweaked so once the rookies are drafted i'm right back to were i started... since the rookies aren't tweaked it screws up whole things... know what i mean. a draft rookies top 5 are better than half the players in the league

there is an editor, maybe it's in the tool section which allows you to edit all rookie ratings.
