request a roster patch that installs automatically

I just wonder if there is anyone who can create a patch with updated rosters plus all the tweaks(eg: slow down speed, reduced FG%, steals...etc) necessary to produce realistic stats(hopfully for a 12 min quarter) and with an easy-to-install interface because I am sure many people are still confused with where to put an updated player.dbf file so the changes are reflected on the players' stats .

my new rosters create a save slot, just read the text file and run the .bat load the rosters in the game and you're good to go
