Discussion about NBA Live 2003.

Is there any way to use a patch within a season? For example, could I copy the players.dbf file from the patch into my save folder? Any help would be great! Thanks.

No, you can't apply a patch to a season in progress. If you copy the players.dbf file, you will lose your season data.
