editing a team's gear (shoes/headbands/other) all together

hey guys, can someone explain detail how you make a team wear a specific pair of shoes (I have the .fsh for the shoe) or a specific type of headband. it gets a bit annoying having to create a directory in /render/xplayer for each individual player and then copying and pasting the files in there. thanks!
