How can I play with my created player with his face instead of a black burned face like it looks like. please help

Have you applied a custom face patch or did you just create him?

However, if you're having that problem when you simply create a player, there might be a problem with your video card. Try updating your video card drivers, see if that helps. Do you have any other problems, jersey numbers not displaying, etc?
