creating cyberface using photoshop

hi guys, just wondering how i could make a cyberface from a photo using photoshop. i know how to install cyberfaces and all that is necessary to add the cyberface to a created player, but i just don't know how to make a good cyberface. i want to add myself into the game. a detailed step-by-step instruction in the use of photoshop would be great. thank you.
