How can he do that?

When I play online with a skilled nba 2003 player. He always make me got offensive foul. Many times, even I didn't press turbo and just walk slowly to him, I got offensive foul. Is anyone know how can he do that? thank you

He probably presses the "take charge" button. It's the same button as Shoot on offense. It makes it so you stand still, then if someone runs/walks into you, you fall down, making it an offensive foul.

I see. but normally when you press "take charge" only the player run into it will cause an offensive foul, but not walk.

If the Offensive Foul frequency is set higher than default, then "take charge" will probably yield some calls that normally wouldn't be made.
