How do you enable the console?

Uhmm I recall a post in which someone said that the game had a console that you could enable. I was wondering how this is done, so that I can use the internal FPS counter.

I have no idea ..... It's been the tilde key ~ for me on a few though, you might want to try that.

You gotta go into the startup script and remove the comments from bind tilda.
