Transparent Court Image?

i'm having trouble with making courts. i edited a color and eveerthing and tried to import tbbd into it but when it finnished importing, i checked the tbbd and it was a transparent image. there is nothing. no graphics, just gray and white squares, please help me, i'm eager to continue my court editing. and i also made some other patches and it always comes to this.
