keeping created players after a roster update

hey guys, how do you keep your created players after a roster update? I updated and I lost my created character + lebron james. someone help me?

here's a way:

1. go to the folder where's the old save (My Documents\NBA Live 2003\saves\000 for an exsample)
2. open players.dbf with Microsoft Access
3. open the players table, find the players you want to copy
4. select the row(s) by clicking on the box(es) in front of it(them - with Alt or Ctrl), copy

You must leave the file open in Microsoft Access

5. go to the folder where's the new save (My Documents\NBA Live 2003\saves\015 for an exsample)
6. open players.dbf with Microsoft Access
7. open the players table, select the last row (the empty one with a *)
8. paste
9. now check the player IDs - if they're bigger than the ID of the last player then there's no problem
But if they're smaller then you must change them - if the previous player's ID says 1085 and your's ID is smaller the just change it to 1086,
the next one to 1087 and so on...


10. close the files and youre done


also delete the new .mdb files in the folders
