HELP: Saving problem!

I've been playing a season with 2 teams, both around 12 matches completed, and when i try to save it now, i get an error: "insufficient space" There's 12Gb free on the my doc-drive and 23Gb on the drive where it's installed. I tried restarting the game, and i can load my save, but when i try saving it gives the same error.

a friend of mine has had the same thing, only his savegame was totally fucked up afterwards...

What can i do??

i got the same problem, when i delete my recover-files (i don´t know how it is called in english, i´m have germen version of windows xp, when your os crashes you can set your os back to another date) than it will save the season.
