Another Dumb Question

I'm probably the only one that still doesn't know how to do this but how do you import shoe pictures that people post into the game using the ea graphics editor?

Do you mean extracting images from the art files using EAGE or applying shoe patches?

I don't know what you mean but i know how to install the patches that oyu download and just change for example bsho_away,like that it's the other ones that people post in little flattend picture formats that u have to click "save picture as" to download and import into the grapichs editor,help me with that please.also anyone know where i can get ms access 97 or 2000?
