i knwo the nba live trading is stuffed up but.... after the season ends and it time to sigh up free agents no team can aford them, so they end up sighing for the minimum....

i also noticed that if a player does wasnt to re-sigh with me he get sighned up in the FA list by a team who has money b4 i get a chance to look at the FA list, but it doesnt happen all the time...

my qestion is.... how do i become that team that can sigh up players with minimum, do u i have to finissh last, first, how???

You need the newly generated schedule to place you as one of the teams in the opening night games, preferably as the earliest (first) game on the schedule.

i got nba live 2000 is there anything like that for it?

No, there's no patch. What I meant is that you basically have to be lucky enough to be the first game on the schedule when the game generates a the new season schedule.
