i wanna know why my player ratings get low by an average of 2 point if i male this stats in my season?

PPG 24.7
FG% .667
3P% .341
FT% .690
RPG 11.6
BPG 4.7
SPG 1.6
APG 7.9
TPG 4.7

and this stat are better than the previous season.
i am playing with vince carter
also im playing with another friend and hit FT% was .457 and he raise his rating by three points in the net season.

Player development is not controlled by season statistics. Whether a player improves or declines before the age of 32 is determined by his CAREERPKG, a rating in players.dbf. It ranges from A (best) to J (worst). A player with a high CAREERPKG will have a better chance of improving, while a player with a low CAREERPKG rating probably won't improve drastically, and may even decline well before the age of 32.
